Sometimes when no product exists for your use, new construction may be the only option. Because the process can be lengthy and challenging, my goal as a general contracting/development company is to make it easy through the following services.
- Metal Building Sales - If you're a general contractor yourself and would simply like a bid for a metal building, we sell Ceco brand pre-manufactured metal buildings and can have a price for you in a few days.
- Real estate site location - Most sites are not technically listed for sale, however, can be purchase if pursued. Many brokers only search listed sites, however, we find the public listings as well as hidden lots which don't have signs. Finally we locate the owners, negotiate on your behalf, then tie-it-up. - Financial Analysis - Using globally recognized CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) financial tools, we will guide you through the financial analysis to insure the project is feasible and/or for lending purposes.
- General Contractor - Kevin Combs, a licensed Johnson County Class A contractor, specializes in the construction of pre-manufactured steel buildings for industrial uses. He is most recently known for his work on The Contractor's Garage at 636 E Dennis Ave and 15735 S US169 Hwy in Olathe, KS.
- Work with local municipality to insure the planning department approves the plan.
- Provide pre-leasing services
